Saddle Fit Check - $130
“Is my current saddle right for my horse and me?”
A thorough evaluation of you, your horse and your current saddle, both standing and in motion. We’ll determine how well your saddle works for you both and whether any adjustments may improve the fit.

New Saddle Fitting - $150
“I’m looking for a new saddle.”
A complete evaluation focused on you, your horse and your riding goals. We’ll then trial appropriate saddles from my demo inventory to determine which saddle, fit and specifications work best for you both.

Adjustments are performed when appropriate for the individual saddle and horse. Not all saddles can or should be adjusted.
Saddle Brands

Mileage
$0.725 per mile, calculated round trip from Port Orchard, WA.
When multiple appointments are scheduled at the same barn, the travel fee is shared between clients. Mileage also applies to saddle deliveries and rechecks.
New Saddle Purchases
All saddle purchases must be paid by ACH or check. A 30% non-refundable deposit + applicable sales tax is required to place the order. The remaining 70% balance + mileage is due upon delivery. Delivery and final fitting are included.
New wool-flocked saddles over $2,500 include one recheck approximately 3 months after delivery. The client is responsible for scheduling the recheck. Mileage applies.
Payment
Payment for your appointment is due by invoice prior to the appointment. Any additional services, adjustments, or products are due at the time of the appointment and can be paid by card.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments require reserved travel time and route planning.
More than 48 hours before: No cancellation fee
24–48 hours before: 50% of the appointment fee
Less than 24 hours before: 100% of the appointment fee
Exceptions may be made for severe weather or emergencies.
Before Your Appointment
Please have your horse clean, dry and ready at the scheduled appointment time. Do not work or exercise your horse before the fitting.
Have all relevant saddles, pads, cinches or girths, and bridles available. All riders should be present and prepared to ride when a ridden evaluation is appropriate.
Horses must be comfortable and sound enough to be assessed in motion. An appointment may need to be modified or postponed if lameness, open wounds in the saddle area or another condition prevents a meaningful evaluation.
Important Information
Saddle fit recommendations are based on your horse, rider and equipment at the time of the appointment.
Horses change with age, training, conditioning, weight, muscle development, health and workload. Because of this, saddle fit can change over time and should be reassessed periodically.
