Payment & Mileage

All fittings must be paid in full before the appointment takes place. After booking, you will receive a secure online invoice to complete payment.

Mileage is calculated from Yelm Community Center and added to the invoice:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by text message.

Fees apply to late cancellations as follows:

  • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of service cost

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of service cost
